Our business is 100% Australian owned and operated and our property is located in South East New South Wales,
just outside of Canberra.
What are your shipping charges in Australia?
We ship via Australia Post for all items under 100cm long.
Any items over 100cm long are sent via courier and must go to a street address.
There are no additional costs to you for any WoodCraft items shipped within Australia.
Wood Care, Bath & Body and Sense Studio products have shipping costs, please see each listing.
Orders placed before 6pm are usually shipped the next business day.
For custom orders, we will contact you to confirm the details and will usually have your order shipped within 3 - 5 business days.
Do you ship Overseas?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide.
Please contact us prior to placing your order and we will provide you a quote for delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our estimated domestic delivery times are:
WA, TAS, NT and all our rural customers please allow 6-10 working days from dispatch.
For International orders, delivery times vary depending on location but please allow 10-21 days from dispatch.
Will I receive a tracking number?
For all orders over $40 dollars, tracking numbers are provided This gives you access to tracking updates.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the delivery service used.
