All our timber products are treated with a food safe natural oil by Gilly’s Australia then finished with either a furniture grade or food grade beeswax based crème (depending on end use). Refresh your timber with Chopping Board Oil or Vegetable Oil or apply a fresh coat of Gilly’s wax every 3-6 months, depending on wear.
